2025 Mobility Matters

Directed the 2025 Mobility Matters event, which brought together over 150 leaders in mobility, AI, and technology. The program featured curated sessions, a fireside chat, and live startup pitches, followed by an exclusive networking dinner.

Co-hosted by BAKG Mobility Group in collaboration with the Bay Area K-Group, SF Consulate General, KOTRA Silicon Valley, and Odyssey Ventures, the event fostered deep industry connections and global collaboration.

The Noelja led the event’s creative and operational execution — designing all marketing assets including the Luma ticketing page, social media visuals, and outdoor banners. The team also served as the main communication hub between the organizing committee and the Plug and Play IT and event production teams, ensuring smooth coordination and the successful execution of nine startup demos.
